We are responsible for the project management of the international rollout of a fast charging network with its main focus on HPC charging infrastructure at petrol stations in Europe, particularly in Germany and Austria. Development of charging hub concepts for ride-hailing fleets in metropolitan regions. Creation of the catalogue of requirements for location analysis and location acquisition as well as the technical requirements for use in the initial consultation and as a basis for location partnerships.

We are supporting Stadtwerke Lübeck Energie GmbH in the development of its electromobility division for several years and are shaping relevant topics along the entire value chain of a CPO. From the overarching strategy, business cases, projects, products and processes to the area of charging infrastructure operation.

Development of a concept for a flagship location for battery-electric truck charging with special consideration of the needs of surrounding logistics companies. Preparation of planning documents and a bill of quantities to evaluate the business case.

Execution of technical and business case due diligence of an existing charging network in Germany to evaluate the attractiveness of an investment.

Execution of due diligences with technical component (evaluation of charging hardware) and economic component (evaluation of business case) in preparation for a financing round for (semi-) public charging and charging infrastructure at hospitality locations.
